2.1 "Personal Information" has the meaning given to it in the Act. In general terms, it is any information that can be used to personally identify you.
2.2 If the information Contatore Engineering collects personally identifies you, the information will be considered personal information. This may include but is not limited to the following:
(a) Personal information about Contatore Engineering's employees to establish and manage the employment relationship, including such functions as personnel administration, communications, recruiting, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, training, business and workforce planning, insurance, health and safety systems and procedures, medical conditions, employee travel arrangements, corporate credit cards, monitoring compliance with computer and company mobile phone use, compliance with laws, legal claims and required government reports.
(b) Emergency contact details for Contatore Engineering's employees so that Contatore Engineering can contact someone close to the affected person in the event of an emergency.
(c) Personal information about prospective employees and job applicants including their name, age, gender, postcode, contact details, identification evidence, employment history and educational qualifications in order to assess whether that person is suitable for employment.
(d) Information about Contatore Engineering's suppliers and supplier’s personnel to the extent necessary for inter-business communications and managing contractual obligations.
2.3 Some information is collected through Contatore Engineering's website. Contatore Engineering does not collect email addresses unless provided to Contatore Engineering. The information gathered includes pages viewed and amount of time spent on the site.
