Hydraulic Cylinders
We can overhaul and manufacture to order a wide range of Hydraulic Cylinders to highest standards. We can handle large cylinders using our fully hydraulic stripping, assembly and testing benches.
Certified Crane Repairs
We repair, straighten and fully restore damaged crane booms and crane components. We specialise in the repairs of lift, extension and multi-stage cylinders.
Certified Fork Lift Repairs
We repair, straighten and fully restore damaged masts, carriages, axles and hydraulic lift and tilt cylinders.
Idler Wheels
We overhaul Excavator and Crawlers Idler Wheels to manufacturers specifications.
Centre Lathes
Machining capabilities up to 1370mm diameter and 8 metres between centres, 10,000 kg capacity. Taper turning over full length. We also have a computer aided Lathe and a CNC Lathe.
Vertical Borer
2000mm diameter, 4000 kg capacity with digital readouts.
Milling Machine
1200 x 400 Table, travel equipped with dividing table and digital readouts. 2000 x 560 Table, CNC Milling Machine.
Drilling and Tapping
Drilling up to 80 diameter and tapping heads to M42.
Horizontal Boring
1000 x 800 Table, facing Head attachment and Milling facility. Line boring up to 2 metres.
Fabrication and Welding Facilities
200 tonne Hydraulic Press. Profile cutting up to 200 thick. Plasma cutting. Internal bore automatic welding unit. Electric rotators and sub arc welding. In-house crack testing and hardness testing equipment.
